Shipping & Returns
You may return new, unworn watches within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If your item was defective or did not match the description provided here, or if we sent the wrong item, we'll provide a full refund and also pay the return shipping costs. All other returns will incur a restocking fee equal to the amount of the shipping cost and insurance cost required to send the item(s) to you as well as all costs incurred by us to restore the item and packaging to "new condition" (i.e. replacement of a missing instruction manual). The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All returned watches MUST be unworn, and bracelets (if present) must be unsized. The return must contain all boxes, plastic wraps, tags, the polishing cloth (if provided) and unsigned warranty paperwork. All returned watches will be inspected upon receipt, and if the conditions above have not been met, regrettably no refund can be provided.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping - United States
We ship within the United States, AFO/APO locations, US protectorates. There is no extra fee for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We ship with USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day service within the US FOR FREE. Orders received by noon Eastern time are generally shipped the same day.
Shipping - International
We are now shipping to most of Europe and all of Canada and Australia. We offer both USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Priority Mail Express International services. Priority Mail International generally will get the package to your location in 6-10 business days while Priority Mail Express International targets 3-5 business days. Please understand that there are sometimes delays in clearing Customs that are beyond our control. These delays can range anywhere from a day to several weeks in some cases. There may also be additional taxes, fees or tariffs assigned to the shipment by your country's Customs. We have no way to know how much if any additional import fees your country may assign to your package. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. We advise you to contact your country's Customs department to better understand the likely import fees that they may assign prior to completing your purchase. Please do not request that we alter the value of your package on the customs forms below its selling price as this is a violation of International and US Federal law. We also cannot mark our international shipments as "gifts" or "samples". Buyers requesting this will politely be issued a refund of their purchase, and we will cancel their order.
